ADT is a home security company that offers its customers various alarm and monitoring systems. Those who have an account through ADT have a handful of available options to make a payment on their accounts.
Bill Pay Option 1: Online Payments for ADT
If you have an account with ADT, you can make a payment by creating an online log in for their customer website and submitting your bill pay transaction. To set up an account for the website, go to the MyADT Registration page and do a search for your account by entering the phone number associated with your account as well as your spoken security password.
Once you have your account email and password set in place to log in, you can make a payment by following these steps:
- Navigate to the www.adt.com bill pay site
- Enter your email address and your password as you created them during account registration
- Click the green “Login” button
- Go to the payments section
- Select how much you would like to pay toward your ADT account
- Input your payment details
- Submit the payment
Option 2: Online Payments without Logging In
For those who would like to make an online payment for their ADT account without actually going through the process to sign up for an account, that is a choice for ADT customers. To use this type of payment method, go to the Quick Pay system and enter your account number with ADT and your zip code to look up your billing information. From there, you will then enter your payment information like your billing details and amount to pay toward your account.
Option 3: Pay through the Mail
To make a payment on your ADT bill through the mail, you will have to send in a personal check, cashier’s check or a money order made out to ADT to the address that is printed on the invoice that you receive every month from the company. Option 4: Pay Your Bill Over the Phone
If you would like to make a payment on your ADT Security account over the phone, you may do so by contacting the company’s Billing & Service phone line which you can reach by dialing (800) 220-3417.
