Comcast Business offers companies access to various communications and internet. While you can make payments through the mail, you will need to just receive an invoice through the mail and pay it as normal. However, to make online payments to Comcast Business or set up automatic payments, read the instructions below.

Option 1: Make an Online Payment for Comcast Business Account
To be able to make an online payment, you will need to first register your Comcast Business account for an online login. You can find the link to the registration area through the button that says “Register your account” shown circled in green in the image below. This page is also your login area, which can be found at business.comcast.com/myaccount. With your login credentials created, use the email address and password to sign in to your account.
Once signed in, click the link that says “Pay bill now.” On the page that loads, select the payment option that best suits your need, then click the “Continue” button. Then, choose your payment method, whether bank account or card, then input that account’s details as requested, then continue. Review your payment details and click the “Confirm” button to finalize your payment.
Option 2: Automatic Payments for Comcast Business
If you would like to have kind of a “set and forget” attitude when it comes to making payments on a Comcast Business account, which we think is the best choice for companies who do not have any kind of issues making these kind of payments on a monthly basis, you have the option to set up automatic payments through your account.
To set this up, you will need to sign in to your Comcast Business account as described in the online payment section above. From there, choose the “Bills” link in the “Manage Account” menu. On page that loads, your next selection will be from the right hand side of the page where you will click the link that says “Set up automatic payments.” Then choose whether you will be paying your automatic transfers via a bank account or by way of debit or credit card, then fill in the appropriate payment details once it is requested. Click that you agree to the terms and conditions, then review your transaction information and confirm it. Finally, click the “I’m Done” link and your automatic payments will start going through as soon as Comcast Business has completed your enrollment, which may take up to 45 days.
