MortgageQuestions is a mortgage management website for those who have mortgage accounts through the handling company PHH Mortgage. They offer a number of ways to make a payment for a property mortgage.
Mortgage Questions Payment Option 1: Pay through Mail
If you are certain that your mortgage through MortgageQuestions is issued and handled by PHH mortgage, you can make a payment through the mail by sending a check or a money order with your account number written on it and made out to PHH Mortgage to this address:

If you receive your mortgage bills in the mail, you can simply use the return envelope that you get each month and include the payment slip in the envelope with your chosen payment method.
PHH Mortgage Bill Option 2: Phone Payments
You can make a payment on your PHH mortgage over the phone by calling the phone number
However, you should be aware before calling that the phone payment system itself is actually a Western Union payment number, which has shown to catch some PHH customers off guard the first time they call. To complete your payment, you will need to have your loan number readily available.
Bill Pay Option 4: Online Payments through MortgageQuestions Portal
To make a payment online, you will have to go to the MortgageQuestions website and sign up for online access. The link that you will have to click once on that site to sign up for access is underneath the login area, and it says “Sign up now.” Upon following that link, you will be asked to fill out a series of fields that ask for information like your name, Social Security number, email address and your loan number through PHH as well as create your user name and password, which you will use to log in for online payments and account management. After going through the forms, your account will be created and you will be able to make payments as follows:
- Go to the URL www.mortgagequestions.com
- Enter the user name and password that you chose during the account sign up process
- Click the blue “Log in” button
- Go to the mortgage payment sections after logged in
- Input your payment amount
- Input your payment date
- Enter the banking information for the account that you wish to be the source of your payment
- Submit your payment and confirm the transaction
