Campus Partners is one of the top lenders and independent transaction processors that specializes in education finance services field. It was founded in 1964 as Wachovia Services, which was under Wachovia Bank. In 1965, it started processing student loans and now works for more than 550 universities and colleges in the USA, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. If you have institutional or Federal Perkins loans from these educational institutions, Campus Partners will be the one sending the bills and processing the payments.
Campus Partners offers various ways on how you can pay your loans, including online payment. They have a site called the https://www.mycampusloan.com where you can do this. The good thing about paying your loans on this site is the convenience of saving your time and effort as this can be done anytime and anywhere with Internet connection. If you have multiple educational loans, you can manage and make their payments in one account too. You would need to sign up for an account though, although the process doesn’t really take that long. The text on the homepage are a bit small and pixelated maybe due to the font style used, but nevertheless, you could still sign in properly. If having difficulties viewing the page, you can always zoom in to have a better look.
HOW TO REGISTER AND LOGIN
You need to register an account with Campus Partners at the MyCampusLoan website so you can login and manage and review your student loans, as well as make payments. If you have several loans, management would be more convenient as you can access them using only one account. To start with the registration, go to the site MyCampusLoan.com and click on the “click here to register” link: https://www.mycampusloan.com/RegistrationStep1.do If you already have an account, simply log in with your user name and password.
After clicking on the register link, you will be taken to the New User Registration page where you can start the registration by entering your Social Security Number, Student Visa Number, or Account Number and your last name then clicking submit.
Tick on the box to verify your information and proceed with the next step of the registration process.
You will be taken to another page where you need to fill out your information, including your preferred user name, password, security question and email address. Click submit once done.
You will get a message telling you that the registration was successful, you can either continue to start managing your account or logout if you want to access it at a later time.
You may login any time on the site using the user name and password that you created. By logging in, you can view and update your account information. Click “Update My Profile” on the left panel and you can edit your information. This is helpful in case you made an error or you have changed your address or telephone number.
If you want to see all your loans, click on “View My Accounts”. You will be able to see your past due, current due, fees due, total due and due date. If you have several accounts, there’s an arrow pointing to the right that you can click to move to your next student loan account. On the left side of the site are other options that you can access including various downloadable forms like deferment certification letters for Federal Perkins Loans, alternative loans and cancellation forms. There’s also the information center page where you can get answers to the frequently asked questions on the site.
If you forgot your password, click on the “Forgotten Your Password” link on the login page, then give your user name and answer to your account security question. Enter your email address twice and click submit. A temporary password will be sent to you via email. Use this to log in and you will be taken to a page where you can change your password.
In case you forgot your user name, click the “Forgotten User Name” link, enter your Social Security Number or Student VISA Number and your last name and submit. Your user name will be sent to you via email.
Pay on Website
Campus Partners offer various methods on how you can pay your loans and one of them is through the MyCampusLoan website. Log in with your user name and password and click on “Pay My Loan”: https://www.mycampusloan.com/Login.do on the left side of the page. Click the box or boxes under future installment if you want to make advance payments on loans that are not yet due.
Click “next” and select your preferred payment method. Options include Checking, Savings, Mastercard, Discover and Visa. Enter the information needed for the payment method selected and click next. Review the payment information and click “Pay Now”. A Thank You Page will appear with a summary of your payment process, a link to AutoDraft that lets you automatically pay your loans and an option to print the confirmation for your records.
Pay via Mail
You can also send in check payments via mail. Don’t forget to write your account number on your check. Here’s the address where you can send the payment to:

Pay Over the Phone
It’s also possible to make payments using this method. You may call the number (800) 334-8609 to be connected to one of their representatives for processing the payment. However, you would be charged $15.00 for the service fee. If you sign up for their AutoDraft service, this fee will be waived. This will automatically process your payments from your checking or savings account so you don’t forget to pay them. It’s also convenient as it would save you time and effort. You can enroll for this service over the phone calling the same number (800) 334-8609. Note that it usually takes 15 days to set this up so continue paying your loans as you normally do until you get a notification from us that AutoDraft has been successfully setup.
